A mechanical trade background would be preferable for this role given you will be required to field technical questions from both customers and service technicians.What a day typical day will look like:
- Booking and scheduling work in progress
- Providing clear, accurate and timely information for new machine build ups
- Quotations following inspection work.
- Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
- Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions
- Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external relationships
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Operational experience within the heavy mechanical industry
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
