ABOUT THE ROLE
Precision Locksmiths is looking for a new Service Coordinator with experience in this industry. The role will consist of mostly booking in service jobs, customer enquiries, invoicing/dispatch of orders and helping locksmiths both in the workshop and at our counter. As a locksmith SERVICE COORDINATOR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our locksmiths on road and in the workshop. You will be responsible for coordinating our locksmith services, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional locksmith services to our valued customers.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
The required experience to be successful in this role would be:
- Experience in the Locksmith Industry is a must!
- Be able to confidently use a computer and any associated locksmithing programs (Instacode, PM8)
- Good hand skills for workshop jobs such as rekeying, cutting keys and servicing locks.
- Good problem-solving skills and out of the box thinking.
- Have good product knowledge and be able to help on-road apprentices with problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good work ethic and punctuality.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to ask questions and motivation to learn.
- Willing to provide a police check
**EAC & Automotive experience is not required however is definitely welcome**
