Midland Mitsubishi and Suzuki are currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Customer Relations Officerto join our Service team and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and ensure the smooth flow of operations. Your friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to a positive and efficient service experience for our clients.
THE ROLE:
- Answer all inbound phone enquiries
- Schedule service appointments in a timely manner to manage bookings effectively.
- Liaise with other departments such as parts and sales teams
- Determine customers vehicle warranty status and eligibility for capped price servicing
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact, aiming for high customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as required by management
YOU:
- Thrive in a busy work environment and excel in managing high call volumes
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, providing excellent service even in challenging situations.
- Computer literate and experience with UNITS, DMS and Microsoft Windows
- Previous experience working in a dealership is preferred but not essential
