About the Position
As a Customer Relations Officer you will be the first point of contact at the Civic Centre for our community and will play an integral role in communicating with our customer base. With a focus on excellent customer service you will be providing information on a range of matters, undertaking financial transactions as well as processing customer requests. Your friendly nature and ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will ensure success in this role.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have experience in front line customer service with a demonstrated ability to be responsive, friendly, and positive when dealing with others and have well-developed written communication skills. It is essential that you have a high level of attention to detail and model our city’s values through your work.
