Service Delivery Manager / Account Manager - Hvac

We're on the lookout for a skilled Service Delivery Manager/Account Manager to oversee maintenance and projects at Melbourne's top-tier locations. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll take the helm in Service delivery, ensuring timely, budget-conscious project completions to exceed our clients' expectations. You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary of $150k-$155k inclusive of super and car allowance. You will ideally have a technical background in HVAC but any strong Service delivery experience from other mechanical industries will be considered. Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead Supervisors and Senior Technicians to optimize Service delivery.
• Cultivate client relationships while managing budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Drive implementation of industry best practices with a focus on safety and quality.
• Cultivate a culture of top-tier customer service and operational excellence.

Profile

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Account Management and Service Delivery within the Mechanical service sector.
• Technical expertise in Mechanical trades, engineering, or robust building background.
• Proficiency in business budgeting, planning, and cost estimation.
• Strong familiarity with industry standards and a proactive approach to safety.
• Exceptional communication skills to nurture stakeholder relationships.
