THE ROLE
We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Full time ServiceDelivery Officer to assist in monitoring our network, someone who believes in our principles of People, Pride and Passion, always puts safety first and loves the thrill of working in an environment that presents new challenges every day.
Based at our purpose-built depot in Burpengary, our Service Delivery Officers play a key part in what makes our business tick. As part of our Service Delivery team, this role supports our fabulous drivers to ensure we deliver on our service promises to TransLink, our Schools, and our valued charter, event and touring customers.
If you love being challenged to solve problems, appreciate a supportive working environment, are a multi-tasking champion, stay calm when presented with challenges, and have experience in the bus and coach industry, transport, logistics or event coordination, especially as a people person, this could be the role for you!
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role you will need to:
- Have a passion for people and customer service
- Be an exceptional communicator
- Have multi-tasking skills at champion level, while still following policies and procedures
- Be great at finding safe and timely solutions
- Be detail orientated without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Work well with people from diverse backgrounds
- Provide direction to new and experienced drivers
- Have great Microsoft skills and love learning new software
- Enjoy working a rotating roster that includes early starts, later finishes and some weekends - although there are plenty of benefits
- Have a Qld Drivers Licence - it would be an advantage to hold a MR or higher class
