We are looking for someone to lead our Service Delivery Care Team as we continue to evolve and implement various care practice changes within our service. We’ve been around for 40yrs, but we are always evolving and looking for ways to be better.
We are growing and are now in the process of improving our clinical care practices and are seeking the right person with the clinical experience that we need to transform even further.
We have already updated many of our processes and procedures and we recently moved our client and case management notes from a paper-based system to an online one. We have been focusing on medication management and have various other projects planned.

This role is initially for 12 months and may potentially extend to a permanent ongoing role.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and qualified individual for the role of Service Delivery Operations Manager. This key leadership position is responsible for driving the evolution of our Service Delivery Care team, implementing care practice changes, and contributing to the growth and improvement of our clinical care practices. The successful candidate will lead a team 3 direct reports overseeing four (4) Supported Independent Living houses, Social and Community clients, and approximately 40 direct care staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and coordinate operations for our numerous home and living services including SIL (supported independent living), ILO (independent living options) and Social and Community clients.
- Implement best practice clinical care for all our NDIS programs to ensure client NDIS Goals are achieved.
- Ensure operational People & Culture performance processes are implemented to build a high-performance team towards our strategic goal of becoming an Employer of Choice.
- Assist in strategic growth plans through business development, networking, attending industry events and ensuring that enquiries for services are nurtured to closure to remain financially viable.
- Ensure Service Delivery is compliant with all relevant legislations and NDIS Standards.
- Provide leadership and supervision to three (3) direct reports and approximately 40 direct care staff.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the CEO.
- Be On-Call on a rotational basis shared by the Administration Team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing, or Business or Allied Health or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in managing service deliver care operations in community and human services sector (e.g. disability, health).
- Leadership experience in a NDIS environment.
- Understanding of NDIS plans, budget management, and workforce management across multiple locations.
- Excellent data analysis, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including financial and technical knowledge.
- Ability to delegate, provide support and supervision, and work collaboratively in a team.
