Job description Our Enterprise level client is seeking a Service Desk/Desktop Support Engineer with excellent interpersonal skills to provide level 1 support to end users & triage with the Desktop and other support teams. You will use your confident and clear communications skills daily as the first level of support to end users via an onsite Tech Bar within their office.
Each day you'll get 'walk ups', emails and calls from end users within the building requesting support. Other duties will include maintenance of equipment such as laptops. Responsibilities: Provide on-site Level 1 Support for all
