About the opportunity
Uniting Early Learning is expanding! We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Leader for our newest Outside School Hours Care Program at St Luke’s Primary School in Shepparton. This position will lead our After School and Vacation Care Programs, overseeing a small team of likeminded educators.
As part of the broader early learning team, you will be supported and guided by our experienced program and senior manager in delivering the highest quality OSHC Program. This role will uphold Uniting’s values whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships within the team and broader school community.

As someone who is passionate about working with people, you are able to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, with empathy and support at the forefront of your work.
Your prior experience and qualifications in an Early Learning leadership role demonstrates strong organisation and planning skills with high attention to detail.
Being a strong communicator, your eagerness to develop an intimate knowledge of our services and operational model is paralleled by your desire to contribute to local communities through enabling our service delivery of high quality and contemporary early learning programs.
