Further details about the role

• Critically assess the performance and efficiency of services and utilities, develop plans to improve year on year including assessing new technologies and asset replacements.
• Work with the maintenance, electrical and automation teams, to manage the maintenance of assets that sit outside of the service contracts and react to breakdown events.
• Management of annual maintenance works of relevant assets.
• Management of the site facilities.
• Services and utilities included within the scope of the position:
  • Steam
  • Potable water
  • Storm water
  • Trade waste
  • Chlorine dioxide
  • Cooling water
  • Compressed Air
  • Refrigeration
  • Fire and evacuation systems

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
• Proven track record in operating and maintaining services for industrial installations.
• Previous experience with contractor management.
• Experienced in analysing equipment condition & identifying compliance and maintenance requirements.
• Exposure to manufacturing and industrial environments, preferably food.
