AddressJohn McGrath Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join their Kia dealership in Woden. This hands-on role would suit somebody with a strong background in dealerships with knowledge of the required processes and policies of a busy service department.
Experience in operating multi franchise service departments along with an automotive background would be an advantage and highly regarded to secure this position.
To be considered for this role the ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Passion for customer service and satisfaction
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team of technicians, apprentices, and service advisors.
- Experience with Pentana, Reynolds & Reynolds DMS
- A drive to exceed expectations and industry KPIs.
- A sound understanding of departmental budgets & financials.
- An approachable and adaptive management style
- A current Australian driver’s licence
