The Service Manager oversees the high volume, fast-paced Service Department teams in a professional, efficient manner while always promoting a positive brand image. Previous Dealership Service Management experience is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Consistently model outstanding customer service skills, ensuring that the best possible service is delivered to customers by all teams on a consistent basis
- Innovate and engage your experienced team to ensure the workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPIs are achieved
- Leverage knowledge and understanding of fixed operations, productivity, efficiency, and warranty operations to maximize revenue while both maintaining existing and winning new business
- Lead and support your team to uphold a 100% supportive approach to safety
The successful applicant will possess:
- Proven leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and engage a team towards delivering exemplary customer service
- Thorough knowledge of automotive service operations
- High attention to detail and experience implementing efficient processes
- Experience leading a team in a high-volume sales/service environment
- Excellent time management skills, coupled with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proven ability to delegate and recruit appropriate support mechanisms
