Austrack Campers is a rapidly growing company that specialises in the design, manufacture, and retail of high-quality off-road campers. We are looking for a Service Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
As a Service Receptionist at Austrack Campers, your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and taking warranty bookings and enquiries
- Managing email enquiries and bookings
- Confirming upcoming customer bookings for warranty
- Liaising with third party repairers regarding warranty work
- Assisting service department in all facets of warranty, parts, and service
- Following up with customers following service to ensure customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate should be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
