The role:
- Welcoming and hosting customers
- Ensuring a clean space for visitors
- Handling phone calls, taking messages, directing enquiries
- General admin
- Making service bookings
- Processing payments
- Incoming/outgoing couriers and mail
- Making customer beverages
What do you need?

- Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls/customers
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in a similar role or previous history in similar industry with high volume (Hospitality/hotel, transport etc).
