Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Greeting customers 
• Manage guest requirements 
• Providing optimal guest care and service 
• Handle guest bookings and enquires via phone, email, and walk-in 
• Providing detailed explanations of work performed
• Meeting guest satisfaction targets
