About the role
As the Service Transition Team Leader, you'll lead our ICT Service Transition efforts, providing strategic direction and leadership to the team. You'll oversee transition planning, vendor negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and drive continuous improvement in support models.

We’re looking for people who have:
- Experience in ICT Service Transition Leadership
- Strong stakeholder management skills
