Our Federal Client is looking for ServiceNow Architect
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with coding standards.
- Lead the review and enhancement of application governance artifacts, including strategies, architectures, and policies, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, conducting regular audits for performance optimization and documenting issues, risks, and opportunities for actionable recommendations.
- Manage communications with external vendors and partners, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide guidance and mentoring to team members to ensure delivery of cutting-edge application services.
Essential Criteria:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of ServiceNow solutions.
- Ability to provide domain, architecture, and technical expertise to the Department and stakeholders on ServiceNow projects.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards.
- Understand and provide advice, guidance and facilitation in regards to ServiceNow best practice development platform, methodology and solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Experience as a Developer or Systems Administrator in working with ServiceNow modules - ITSM, ITOM, and HR. Ability to analyse, estimate, and deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft development practices, platforms, and technologies, including: Office 365 platforms, SharePoint, Azure DevOps
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate clearly between business areas and technical teams.
