Key Responsibilities:
- Provide software configuration and customisation including, but not limited to: custom scripting workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, and third party software integrations.
- Develop and design application modules, workflows, and Catalog request for our client.
- Defining technical scope and providing technical advisory services to clients implementing ServiceNow.
- Create and maintain product implementation roadmap and provide hands on assistance with detailed design and implementation approach.
- Perform unit testing and provide resolution and support changes to production.
- Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow.
- Minimum 2-3 years of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment.
- Experienced in ServiceNow Workflow, Customer Service Management portal and Integration Hub
- Experience managing relationships, conducting workshops and delivering business requirements with ServiceNow functionality. Driving outcomes and being passionate about service excellence.
- Expertise in one or more of the following ServiceNow applications: ITSM/ ITOM/ CSM/ HR/ IRM.
- Experience in implementing end-to-end service catalog, Incident Management, Configuration and Asset Management, Change Management and Release Management along with experience in Content Management System.
- Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies: Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, Perl scripting, PowerShell.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
- ServiceNow Certification is preferred, but not essential.
