Responsibilities:
Job Description:
12+ yrs experience on Service Now Test Lead.
Should have experience on developing automation test strategy , walkthrough to all stakeholders for review and approval.
Should develop test schedule.
Should have worked on automation framework and scripting across various technologies like desktop, package apps like SAP, and webapps.
Should have worked on Agile based project, and has experience on JIRA, Devops tools.
Should have very good communication, as the person has to work with onsite team directly.
Should have lead automation team of 5 to 8 automation testers in guiding/directing/assigning work and supporting them in ensuring outcome as per plan.
Develop and produce DSR and WSR.
Good Reporting and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Having Test Lead experience with Service Now application
Should know how to build test scenarios, test plans and test cases from scratch & can bring in best practices to build a database of test-cases to the table
Mandatory skills: Stakeholders management, Agile Methodology
Required Experience: Overall experience around 10+ years of experience with over 8+ years of relevant experience
Work Rights: Can be Australia Citizen, Australia PR holder, or any Australia Work Visa holder
Commencement Date: ASAP (preference to be given for candidates who can join early)
