- Salary: $1,200.50 - $1,215.50 per week - Ongoing Full Time - WHA7
The Services Manager role ensures the co-ordination of the duties of employees under their supervision, including work output and quality of work undertaken by employees associated with the provision of catering and utilities services. This position will also oversee the appropriate management of stores and supplies ensuring it meets budgetary requirements, and will provide written reports, as required, to meet both health site and regional governance requirements.
This role manages employee performance, oversees the safe and appropriate provision of food and liquids for the health unit, and ordering, storage, preparation, cooking, serving and delivery of meals. Additionally, this position oversees the appropriate standards of equipment, utensil cleaning and the appropriate removal and disposal of waste and building and site cleaning according to legislative and industry requirements. Further, ensures the maintenance of equipment as per the schedule. Included in this role is the overseeing of management of linen and in-house laundry services.

About Us
Millicent and District Hospital and Health Service is part of the Limestone Coast Local Health Network and employs over 140 staff across the site to provide the community with access to acute and aged care services which includes but is not limited to:
- Inpatient admissions including paediatric, medical, step down and mental health.
- Outpatient care including infusion and transfusion services
- Surgical services-including day surgery and overnight as required. Surgical specialities offered include general surgery, orthopaedics, endoscopy and gastroscopy, oral and maxillofacial, breast and endocrine, dental and minor procedures.
- A 24-hour, seven day a week Accident and Emergency Department.
- 60 bed residential aged care facility co-located
- Domiciliary midwife program
- Co-located Community Health Service
