What you will do
Based in Campbellfield, you will be part of the Scania Finance team across Australia and New Zealand you will be responsible to;
- Obtain, co-ordinate and verify customer documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain all relevant documentation required for Settlement, accounting transactions and reporting
- Report deviations and participate in compliance projects
- Develop and maintain Contract Management systems, ensuring compliance
Who you are
To be successful as a Settlement Administrator Officer within our organisation, we believe that you will have;
- Robust commercial acumen and risk awareness approach with relevant experience of the financial services sector
- Strong stakeholder communication and time management skills
- Ability to develop, implement and maintain strong processes that meet legal compliance requirements
- Exceptional internal and external customer service and administrative skills
