This role is an end-to-end settlements role. In this role you will ensure a smooth and efficient document preparation, discharge process and settlement process through the co-ordination of settlements, liaising with brokers, customers and solicitors in order to manage funds disbursement and settlement of loan applications.

Duties of this role include:

  • Produce all loan documentation.
  • Ensuring all returned loan documentation has been completed correctly by the borrower.
  • Funding of the loan to the required settlement platform. eg. PEXA.
  • Facilitate the discharge of customer loan accounts and consents to second mortgages or subdivision.
  • Manage an inbound phone queue providing first class service to our brokers, solicitors and customers. 

 


About you:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Process Driven.
  • Have a passion for providing excellent customer service with your exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient under pressure in time sensitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work tasks. 
  • Knowledge or experience of the lending process.
  • Experience using the PEXA platform is preferable.
  • Have a positive 'can do' attitude.
