This role is an end-to-end settlements role. In this role you will ensure a smooth and efficient document preparation, discharge process and settlement process through the co-ordination of settlements, liaising with brokers, customers and solicitors in order to manage funds disbursement and settlement of loan applications.
Duties of this role include:
- Produce all loan documentation.
- Ensuring all returned loan documentation has been completed correctly by the borrower.
- Funding of the loan to the required settlement platform. eg. PEXA.
- Facilitate the discharge of customer loan accounts and consents to second mortgages or subdivision.
- Manage an inbound phone queue providing first class service to our brokers, solicitors and customers.
About you:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Process Driven.
- Have a passion for providing excellent customer service with your exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilient under pressure in time sensitive and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work tasks.
- Knowledge or experience of the lending process.
- Experience using the PEXA platform is preferable.
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude.
