Position Overview: 

We are currently seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sheet metal fabrication and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble Sheet metal parts using a variety of tools and equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Perform quality inspections to ensure all products meet specifications.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Prime candidate would be a qualified Sheetmetal tradesman.
2nd, 3rd or 4th year Sheet metal Apprentice would be considered.
Proficiency in operating Sheet metal equipment such as shears, press brakes, and punch presses.
Strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques and processes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety and following established procedures.
Mig welding experience is absolutely necessary and will contribute to over 50% of the job.
