Your New Role:
As the Project Manager for Rapid Retail Response you will have primary responsibility for managing multiple projects, meeting deliverables, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking full ownership of projects from start to finish, including project pricing, planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and communication plans to ensure customer satisfaction, budget requirements, and labour needs are met.
- Overseeing project execution across multiple projects, resolving issues openly and quickly.
- Anticipating clients' needs and providing alternative business solutions.
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Reporting on project status and performance.
- Demonstrating resilience and seeking alternative solutions in challenging situations.
- Managing competing priorities and handling multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Adapting quickly to changing situations and showing initiative.
- Excelling in stakeholder management and influencing consensus among stakeholders.
- Possessing a technical background in Joinery or Industrial Design.
- Exhibiting a positive attitude, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the business.
- Collaboratively working with the wider team for overall client account delivery across both maintenance and minor work projects
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in Retail design, Fit Out, Project Management, or a relevant building/trade background.
- Experience with client management, meeting, and exceeding deliverables
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer literacy, with working knowledge in Microsoft projects, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Effective communication skills between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A positive attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and a commitment to personal growth within the business.
- Willingness to travel as required.
