You will add incredible value to the team through:
- Welcoming customers like interior designers, architects, and home renovators into the showroom.
- Whilst taking the customer through the selection process, asking the right questions to gain understanding of the customers tastes, budgets and timelines.
- Following up on all customers to gain a deposit, coordinate sample requests, order updates and invoicing.
- Answering incoming phone and email enquiries about the stone range.
- Tidying and ensuring the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including replenishing brochures and restocking products.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in customer service
- An interest in interior design and architectural surfaces
