Site Administration Officer
Golding is seeking an experienced Site Administration Officer to be based at our Whyalla SA Operations Mining Project.

Golding is currently seeking applicants for a Site Administration Officer to be based at our Whyalla SA Operations Mining Project.
The successful candidate will be highly experienced in the use of SAP & Microsoft Office and Excel Programs, be keen to learn new skills and able to handle a large volume of work. A proactive and organised work style along with strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for role success.
On-site experience in a mining environment is highly desirable.
You will be working 12 hours a day on a 7 Days on 7 Days off roster.
This a residential based role.
Key role tasks:
Processing invoices, time sheets and production reports
Preparing requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipts
Reconciliations of onsite accounts
Establishing, controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and records
Efficiently preparing and managing a variety of correspondence
General administration duties for the project team as required
Actively support site in safety, QA and environmental objectives
Key role capabilities:
Advanced computer literacy including use of the MS Office suite and Excel
Previous experience with SAP will be highly regarded
Ability to communicate and engage well with diverse groups of people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent task prioritisation, time management and organisation skills
Proven ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
Excellent problem solving abilities and use of initiative
Self-motivated, goal and outcome oriented, hands-on approach
Previous mining or civil industry experience will be highly regarded
Role Requirements
Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
Excellent attitude towards safety and commitment to zero-harm
Self-motivated and strong work ethic
Hold a Current drivers’ licence
