Site Administrator

Project location: Prominent Hill Mine Site
Project Details: Construction Project
Start Date: Wednesday 24th 2024
Flights : Ex Adelaide Airport
Duration : 4 to 5 months
FIFO Roster : 2 weeks on 2 weeks off (12 hour days)
Pay : Competitive hourly pay rate. Client paid flights (ex Adelaide Airport only) and camp accommodation
Essential : WHITE CARD andRecent police check (within 3 months) or to have a police check completed and received back before 24th April 2024
Position : Two positions to fill
Skills and experience required:

• Coordinate and perform all administrative tasks for the construction project
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes
• Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate records and databases and reporting
• Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within mining, resources or commercial construction sector
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to start on the 24th April and commit for the full duration of 4 to 5 months
