Come and join the team working on this exciting renewable energy project located in the Clare Valley in the Mid North of South Australia. Located just over one hour’s drive from Adelaide.
We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
- Administrative Skills: Handling all administrative tasks efficiently, including managing bookings, handling inquiries, and maintaining records. Your organisational skills will be crucial in keeping everything running smoothly
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate deliveries, equipment rentals, transportation arrangements, your attention to detail will ensure seamless operations
- Variety: Employee and subcontractor onboarding, processing site entry paperwork as required, assist HSEQ & Training departments with inductions, data entry and reporting, time sheet reconciliation, daily tasks as requested by the site team
- Team Support: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure everything run smoothly. Your teamwork skills will contribute to a positive and inclusive project environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in site administration is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a 5:2 roster, either on a DIDO or local engagement
