Red 5 Limited are currently seeking suitably experienced Site Administratorsto join the team at King of the Hills in the Eastern Goldfields.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality, timely and efficient administration support to the operational team.
These roles are offered on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off roster OR 8 days on 6 days off roster - FIFO from Perth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor Site Administration inbox and co-ordinate site travel and accommodation, organising site IT access, clothing and PPE, sending welcome email and booking inductions
- Raise requisitions as required and work with the Accounts Payable team to ensure that all invoices for goods and services received are processed in SAP within agreed time frames and as required.
- Ensure minimal disruption to operations by maintaining an adequate level of personal protective equipment, stationery and other essential consumables.
- Prepare relevant presentations, reports and data for the Department Managers by diligently collecting and combining information from a variety of sources and ensuring accuracy prior to distribution.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the site by maintaining records, document control, library management, registers, files and ensuring accessibility for relevant personnel.
- Provide support to optimise the team’s capacity to meet business requirements by managing the site rosters, leave, flight and accommodation requirements
- Contribute to business productivity through accurate and timely data entry of relevant information, ensuring it is completed to a satisfactory level and raising awareness of anomalies to appropriate personnel.
- Always act in a manner that seeks to enhance the safety culture and performance of Red 5 and ensures that the Vital Behaviours are adhered to at all times
Keyfactors to your success include:
- High Level experience in using SAP, InFlight, InControl
- Experience in managing charter flights & loading manifests
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a mine based office administrative role
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills essential
- Valid and current ‘C’ class manual WA driver’s licence
