Zenith’s Construction Projects
Zenith are constructing greenfields and brownfields hybrid power stations in WA, current projects include;
- Kathleen Valley 95MW hybrid power station involving wind, solar, BESS and thermal
- Bellevue Gold 88MN Hybrid power station involving wind, solar, BESS and thermal
- Jundee brownfields retrofit and integration of 53MW of wind, solar and battery into the existing gas power station.
Zenith are constructing landmark cutting edge renewable energy projects, involving Solar, Wind, Thermal and BESS in Western Australia and have a strong pipeline of work.
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Site Administrators with ‘can do’ attitudes to provide site support to busy project construction teams. Reporting to the onsite Construction Manager, this position is pivotal to the success of the project ensuring the site office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities include:
- Employee, contractor, and visitor site mobilisation & de mobilisation.
- Procurement of site supplies and coordinate logistics.
- Project administrative reporting and support to the onsite project team.
This position is FIFO, site-based @ Kathleen Valley
Roster: 2:1
Point of Hire: Perth
About You
As the Site Administrator you will have the following experience, knowledge, and skills to bring to the role.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in an administration role in the resources industry
- Working remotely in a FIFO role.
- Procurement and logistics desirable.
Skills/Ability
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to create build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Ability to show initiative and be proactive.
Qualifications & Clearances
- Current WA Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a National Police Clearance and Pre-employment Medical.
- Right to work in Australia.
