Administrator – Outages – Casual

We are currently seeking applications from highly skilled and safety focused Administrators with strong experience in an outages / shutdown environment to join our team. This position will work closely with and support the site-based Scheduler.
This position is based in the Collie locality and local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
To be considered for a role the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
· Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Outlook
· Previous exposure to P6 Scheduling tool highly regarded
· Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment
· Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
· Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner
· Strong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team members
· Previous experience working on heavy industrial site preferred with ability to work longer hours and weekend work as per project requirements
