About the Role
As the Site Administrator, you will be involved with large civil infrastructure project and be across all the major functions of the projects.
Responsibilities
- Managing systems and processes to enable timely and accurate administrative recording, reporting, and analysis of information.
- Advising subcontractors, managers, and engineers of administrative requirements of the Project.
- Monitoring, reporting, and controlling project costs.
- Comply with legislative and management system requirements by following the rules, reinforcing compliance and by setting the standard for compliance.
- Prepare reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial documents.
About You
To be successful in this role you must meet the following criteria
- Two years relevant experience in the Construction, Electrical or Civil Industry
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Confident in administrative tasks
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Full working rights as this is a permanent position
- High attention to detail, information process and problem-solving capability.
