About the role:
The Site Administrator plays a key role to meet the needs of the Mine Site.
We are looking for an experienced administrator that can be part of a tight team. This won’t be your first admin role but might be your first role in the resources sector.
You will be a “knowledge sharer” and able to liaise with and provide a critical service to key stakeholders on the Mine Site.
This is a 3 month contract but could potentially lead to longer term work.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Fielding enquires via phone, email and in person with key stakeholders
- Data entry and records management
- Greeting visitors, organising inductions for employees and subcontractors
- Purchase orders, requisitions
- Calendar/diary management of site leaders where required
- General office administration tasks
About You:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and professionally with a broad range of internal stakeholders
- Highly developed MS Office suite expertise
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Problem Solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and organise own workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Current Class C Drivers License
Desirable, but not essential:
- Previous mine site administration experience and/or mining facilities management and/or mine site accommodation experience
- Standard 11 Surface
- Coal Board Medical
