About the Company
My client is a dynamic forward- thinking construction company specializing in delivering high quality construction projects across ACT and surrounding areas. They are a family owned and operated local business who specialize in commercial, domestic, renovations, home improvements and interior design.
About the role
As the site Manager you will report to the Construction manager delivering a mixed-use 3 storey townhouse development and childcare center.
Your duties will include:
Keeping the Director Update to date on-site matters
Ability to learn and problem solve under pressure
Strong client engagement
Ordering materials
Manage laboring staff
Program on-site workflow
Client engagement
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in High end residential and Mixed-use developments as Site Manager Experience working for a dynamic and established builder
Understanding of construction regulations.
You will need
All relevant qualifications such as white card, silica and asbestos
Clear police check
Be able to pass a medical check
