A Site Manager role, built for you
As a Site Manager at Built, you could have the ability to manage, coordinate, report on, and advise on all aspects of projects across all built-forms ranging from $100K to $1 billion.
This opportunity exists within our established and growing ACT Business Unit who continue to thrive in a highly competitive market.
Our Site Managers are across all buildability aspects of our projects and collaborate with all stakeholders to make sure everyone succeeds.
The successful candidate will work with all relevant project staff but most
closely with the incumbents in the following roles as applicable for a project:
- Construction Manager
- Project Managers
- General Foremen
- Project Engineers
- Foremen
The Site Manager will work with and report to the Project Manager.

Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role:
- Possess a relevant building related trade or degree
- Have extensive experience delivering Fitout & Refurbishment projects for Government clients
- Have experience with well-known major building contractors
- Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
- Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references

- Your people skills will be first class. You’ll know how to bring everyone together, finding shared goals and aggregating resources to deliver projects and jobs. And you’ll do this by building trusted relationships with your stakeholders.
- You’ll know how to communicate openly and with influence! And you’ll be able to organise and prioritise without compromise.
- Your attention to detail, and ability to be across deadlines, deliverables and contractual elements, will be second-to-none.
