Manage a team of security personnel and work with our client to ensure service levels are achieved at our prestigious University client site on the Gold Coast.

• Permanent Full time | $44 per hour Salaried role
• Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week

About the RoleThis position is a great opportunity to Manage the team at one of the Gold Coast’s most prestige Universities, you will work in a fast-paced environment that offers you the opportunity to utilise your experience and contribute positively to the safety and security of all students on campus. This is a Monday to Friday position consisting of 40 hours per week. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Daily oversight of the security and safety operation of the University
• Manage the security personnel team
• Manage stakeholder and client relations
• Respond to client enquiries
• Assist in emergency response incidents
• Maintain reports and compliance
• Maintain training programs for personnel

Skills & Experience

• QLD Security Licence with crowd control and monitoring
• Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current open drivers’ licence
• Previous Management and/or leadership experience
• Intermediate level computer skills required
• Have unrestricted availability to work a 24/7 roster
