Job description The Company:
Our client is a small boutique architectural builder who builds stand alone bespoke homes between $1M and $2M across the inner suburbs of Melbourne.The Role:
You will have responsibility for the timeframe, budget, subcontractor management, trade coordination, OHS management and upholding quality for this architectural builder - across multiple builds.To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;

• 2 + years' experience in a Site Management role delivering high-end residential projects up to $2M
• Carpentry background and relevant qualifications
• Excellent eye for detail and a passion for Architectural Builds
• Able to communicate confidently with Architect's, Engineer's, the client, and other stakeholders
• Ability to confidently use systems and software
• A strong understanding of OHS practises & at least a cert iii in OHS
