- Working for a busy Tier 3 Sydney Builder on age care/ commercial/ hospitality/ government projects from $2 million to $10 million
- Initial project is a $4 million commercial/ hospitality heavy refurbishment/ D&C in the South Sydney area, which is due to commence in May
- 8 month program
- You will be managing all trades and reporting to a Project Manager
- $160k - 180k package
- Immediate start

- An established Tier 3 Commercial Builder with 40 year training history
- Reporting to a PM
- $50 million T/O
- This successful contractor focuses on age care, commercial, education, hospitality projects
- Sydney based builder
- 25 staff in the business
- A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred
- Previous supervisory experience with a commercial builder is sought
- 2 years supervisory/ site management experience essential
- Ability to manage multiple trades
- Strong communication experience with ability to liaise with key clients
- Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy contractor
- A steady career history and previous site management/ supervisor background
