Site Manager

Core Talent have exclusively partnered with one of QLD's most reputable developer builder. This opportunity is truly exciting, this company is able to provide over 5 years of projects on the Sunshine Coast completing a range of projects from luxury multi res, childcare, health, retail and large development. The initial project will be a $15M health project.

Duties:

• Management and coordination of sub-contractors
• Implementation of OH&S policies
• Ensuring the project is delivered to program and time-line
• Responsible for site logistics, equipment and deliveries
• Liaison with Project Management and full site team
• Project to achieve the standard of quality agreed with the client

What you will need:

• Strong past tenures with previous construction companies within multi res development
• Delivered from start to finish projects valued over $10M
• Experience with Tier 1 or 2 builders
• Be a driven and motivated Site Manager who is able to meet deadlines and work within a team
• QBCC Licence
