Your Role: As the Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the successful completion of our project while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing all on-site activities to ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating and supervising our site team, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, budgets, and schedules, and providing regular reports to our senior project management team.
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
- Collaborating closely with trades, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design changes, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective communication throughout the project.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on Industrial/Commercial building.
- Experience with tilt panel construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, even under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office tools.
