Join Our Team as a Site Manager at Our Egg Grading Facility located in Euroa.

As a Site Manager at our state-of-the-art egg grading facility, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our production lines. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from receiving eggs to grading and packaging, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

The Role
Reporting to Operations Manager some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supervise production alongside Planning, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to improve site and plant performance.
- Control operational expenses, budgets, and spending to meet financial goals.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, customer, and regulatory standards, promoting a culture of quality with the Quality Manager.
- Implement and oversee safety programs to foster a safe work environment.
- Identify and address reasons for low productivity or efficiency with teamwork.
- Work with maintenance team to maintain equipment reliability.
- Provide necessary financial and operational reports.
- Foster positive relationships with support functions to meet grading and customer requirements.
- Manage staffing schedules and development for flexibility and future needs.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with excellent business acumen.
- Proven decision-making skills in a production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
