As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of the Wastewater Treatment Project. Involving managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Roles And Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and implementing adjustments as necessary.
- Supervise and motivate on-site personnel to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of on-site activities and progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years industry experience working across large scale projects, upwards of $40m
- Strong civil and inground experience is a high advantage
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project is advantageous
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to environmental projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
