Icon is seeking a Site Manager to join our team on a Wastewater Treatment Project

As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of the Wastewater Treatment Project. Involving managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of the Wastewater Treatment Project. Involving managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and implementing adjustments as necessary.
  • Supervise and motivate on-site personnel to achieve project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of on-site activities and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years industry experience working across large scale projects, upwards of $40m
  • Strong civil and inground experience is a high advantage
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project is advantageous
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to environmental projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
