About the Role
NES Fircroft is currently seeking a Experienced Mining Administrator to join our client's team. You will provide Site Project administration for Multiple areas on site including by not limited to, Site travel and Mobilisation, General Administration, Management Support, and Camp Support as directed by the Site Support Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage rosters, flights, accommodation, and all travel movements for site owners team including site entry paperwork & site access cards.
- Process all Contractor Mobilisation packs in accordance with the site compliance &relevant qualifications.
- SAP ID processing for all Contractors and site owners’ team
- Contractor management and maintenance of project organisational chart
- Monitor, process, and stock PPE orders for site owners’ team
- On-site management of office stationery supplies, kitchen consumables, and computer consumables including monitoring, processing, and ordering
- Assist with the running of inductions when required.
- BRT assistance and support
- Assist the Management team on-site with daily tasks, site communications needs, and any other general duties required to meet operational needs.
- Onsite asset management of project vehicles
- Monitoring if required Journey Management plans for contractors attending site.
- Monitoring and support as required with preparation of DMIRS appointment letters and register.
- Assistance and action of monthly DMIRS and Safety Regulation System Reporting
- Assistance with collation and issue of monthly HSE statistics reports
- Assist in compiling quarterly ICARE/Project newsletter.
- Assist in ICARE buddy program for all new starters to site.
Training of contracting companies in RT processes
Monitoring of issues related with site accommodation/travel.
Meet with relevant operations admin as and when required.
