AddressJoin the SHEIKE team. We're on the hunt for an Accounts Payable/Assistant Accountant to support and grow within our busy and fast paced Finance team.
Reporting to the Financial Accountant and working within a team of three, the Accounts Payable will slot effortlessly into our dynamic team, be highly organised, a big picture thinker and understand the nature of working in a fast fashion business.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Use of InforM3 to enter supplier invoices
- Weekly management of local and overseas supplier invoices
- Weekly retail bonus calculations for payroll
- Month end tasks including overseas shipping tracking, P&L and budget preparation
- Postings all supplier invoices - arrange overseas and local payments
- Cash & Bank Reconciliation
- PO Matching of prepayment & goods received not invoiced.
- Stock Prepayment Reconciliation
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Properties & leasing reconciliation
- Stores Project tracking
ABOUT YOU:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in pure Accounts Payable
- Experience with stock & PO matching
- Exposure with foreign currency (FX) payments.
- Intermediate excel skills – PIVOT, VLOOKUP
- InforM3(our current ERP system) experience will be advantageous
- The ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast paced environment whilst balancing competing tasks
- Graduate with a Bachelor of Accounting are encouraged to apply
