Job Summary:We are seeking a vastly skilled and proficient Site Service Technician to join our enthusiastic team at Multotec in the Bowen Basin based in Emerald, Queensland. As a Site Service Specialist, you will represent our company in a professional manner while conducting various site-related activities. Use your individual skills and experience to provide support to Multotec customers sharing your knowledge of our products.
You will work closely with a creative and ambitious sales team to meet customer demands and provide proficient levels of service. Responsibilities:
- Provide planned service and preventative maintenance.
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain a cheerful outlook towards always assigned tasks.
- Use site reports to develop rapport with customers and seek out sales opportunities for products and services alongside salespersons.
- Familiarize yourself with company products and procedures.
- Share product knowledge with other Multotec employees both on and off-site.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer demands effectively.
- Prioritize 'cost out' and 'plant availability' as key drivers for mining clients' success.
- Establish an understanding of the Customers' full requirements that will benefit the customer’s needs & Multotec’s ongoing relationship as a major supplier.
