Form of workWe are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team, the ideal candidate will have a trade background.
You will be overseeing various jobs as well as being able to work on the tools when required. Our work varies from residential renovations/ residential new builds to commercial projects / government projects. This position includes a vehicle and mobile phone allowance.
Role Involves:- Planning & running of onsite projects including scheduling
- Organisation of trades
- Liaising with clients
- Variety of works
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director
- Working closely with Estimator & Contracts Administrators
- Experienced in a similar role
- Able to work autonomously
- Exceptional knowledge of building codes
- Great communication skills, both verbal & written
- Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- National Police Clearance
- Police Integrity Check
- Trade certificate – preferred but not essential
