You will lead and collaborate with our field service teams, overseeing daily projects, coordinating personnel and equipment schedules, and actively participating in meetings and toolbox talks. Your role includes on-site support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and foster team cohesion.You prioritize safety, are solution-oriented, and demonstrate unwavering reliability, ensuring tasks are completed with meticulous attention to detail. With a background in water management and extensive experience in project management within the mining or civil sectors, you are well-equipped to excel in this role.The Products:
On a daily basis, you will collaborate with diverse clients and actively participate in field operations alongside your team. This will involve the installation of our range of products, including pumps, poly and steel pipelines, as well as associated fittings and valves, across multiple mine sites in the Hunter Valley mining area.It's important to note that this role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on work. You will actively assist your field team to ensure installations are carried out efficiently and accurately, prioritizing customer satisfaction at all times.Benefits:
