Form of workWe have an opportunity for a Site Supervisor/Coordinator to join our team in the Building Industry.
Site Supervisor/Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Site Pre Checks and mark up
- Liaise with builders supervisors
- Liaise with office staff to coordinate jobs and assist with sales invoicing upon completion
- Coordinate work orders for Sub-contractors
- Quality Control – Post Checks upon completion
- Review Sub-contractors invoices pre-approvals
- Assist with Maintenance when required
- Travel to various locations as required (some regional travel may be required)
- Provide support to staff and sub-contractors
- Working within budget and costs allocated to jobs
- Ensuring JSA’s, SWMS, licenses etc are up to date and adhered to.
Requirements (but not limited to):
- Valid SA driver's licence
- Valid Construction white Card
- Able to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management skills - complete tasks in a timely and safe manner.
- Be confident and diplomatic in resolving any issues that may arise.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn and grow within the role and company.
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethics.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- flexible working hours.
