Position Classification:  Health Manager Level 3Remuneration: $122850.00 - $139,599.00 per annum (plus 11% super and 17.5% leave loading)

Hours Per Week: 38Location: Flexible

The Opportunity

HealthShare NSW has an exciting opportunity for a passionate change practitioner to join our team as a Change Implementation Lead! If you have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and proven track record of supporting teams and leaders through change initiatives in a complex service industry organisation, we want YOU!

 To be successful in this role, you will possess skills and demonstrated experience in the following:

  • Contributing to and implementing strategic initiatives, including the ability to plan, manage and improve performance outcomes.
  • Managing medium scale change management projects, particularly with delivering change impact assessments, and stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking.
  • Creating and executing change artefacts to support people, process, and technology outcomes.

·         Building, influencing, and maintaining effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, across all levels of an organisation.

As our Change Implementation Lead, you'll be instrumental in developing and delivering change and adoption strategies, ensuring our partners and customers are supported in implementing our change initiatives with resounding success.

In the role of Change Implementation Lead, there will be a requirement for occasional travel to support our partners and customers at their sites/facilities.will be aligned with the travel policy including of any approved expenses as a result of the travel related to fulfilling the requirement of the rol
