Responsibilities:
- Represent comprehensive solutions Data Networking, Network Management, and Security solutions.
- Drive new business, ensuring revenue and profit margins align with quotas.
- Utilize Solution Sales expertise to prospect and capture new business while growing the existing install base.
- Provide in-depth business planning and reporting, including monthly forecasts, weekly commitments, and pipeline development.
- Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with cross-functional teams within the territory and across the company.
- Proven track record as a hunter, successfully developing new prospective customers and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with effective Solution Selling capabilities.
- Business plan development and forecasting experience.
- Self-starter with high energy and drive, able to work with limited direction.
- Established Account Executive with a strong regional Customer and Channel Partner network.
- Relevant industry/competitive knowledge.
- Ability to articulate the Extreme Networks Business Value Proposition.
- Team Size: Approximately 25 employees and growing.
- Open Headcount: 1 position available in Melbourne
- GTM Approach: 100% channel business, focusing on deals $50k USD and above.
- Established Verticals: Education, Healthcare, Transport, and others.
- Product Lines: Hardware, Software, SaaS & Subscription, Professional Services, Maintenance.
- Sales Target: $4m - $6m USD.
- Compensation: Base Salary with the potential to earn up to $350K OTE 50/50 + super.
- Growth Opportunities: Uncapped commission structure with accelerators.
- Additional: Guranteed comms durung 3 month ramp up, Get Paid on ALL sales
